Pre Sale Questions
1. What’s the difference between IEE and OSCAL models?
IEE offers robust power with models like P2400 and P3200 focused on high output and fast charging. OSCAL’s PowerMax series (1800 / 2400 Pro / 3600 / 6000) provides a wider range of capacities, expandable options, and versatile solar and UPS capabilities.
2. How do I choose between P2400 and P3200?
Choose P2400 (approx. 2400 W output) for lighter, efficient use and P3200 (approx. 3200 W output) for heavier loads or bigger appliances. Both support LiFePO₄ battery, fast charging, and solar input.
3. Can I recharge the PowerMax stations via AC and solar simultaneously?
Yes. Most OSCAL PowerMax models support combined fast charging via AC + solar, significantly reducing full recharge time and ensuring flexible power management.
4. What’s UPS / fast switchover, and which models include it?
UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) ensures backup power within milliseconds if grid fails. OSCAL PowerMax (3600, 6000) models feature a ~5–8ms switchover, ideal for uninterrupted home or network equipment.
5. How long do the batteries last?
All IEE and OSCAL models use LiFePO₄ batteries with ~3500–4000 full charge cycles, lasting up to 10–15 years depending on usage, thanks to advanced BMS protection.
6. How many devices can each model power?
IEE and OSCAL offer multiple outlets: AC, USB-A, USB-C, DC, and car ports. For example, P3200 supports up to 14 outlets, and PowerMax 6000 supports 120V/240V dual outputs to cater to appliances, tools, and home equipment.
7. Can these be used for home backup and camping?
Absolutely. Their UPS support, high capacity, solar compatibility, and rugged design make them ideal for home emergency backup and outdoor adventures like camping or RV living.
8. Do they support app control?
Yes. All models offer smart control via mobile app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth—monitor energy usage, control outputs, and customize charging remotely.
9. Can OSCAL PowerMax 6000 be expanded?
Yes, OSCAL PowerMax 6000 supports expansion up to 57.6 kWh, enhancing its use for long-term off-grid or whole-home backup setups.
10. Are replacement parts and service supported?
Yes. Both IEE and OSCAL provide dedicated customer support, spare parts (like cables, panels), and warranty service. Please contact our support team for assistance specific to your model.
