Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at keenergypower.com. All orders enjoy free shipping with no minimum purchase requirement. The following are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

Shipping Areas

Currently, Keenergy Power ships orders only to selected EU countries:

Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Austria, Estonia, Ireland, Hungary, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Portugal, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Poland.

Orders from other regions or countries cannot be fulfilled at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our German address. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified via email in case of significant delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

For standard deliveries within the EU, estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Note: Delivery time to remote areas or islands may be longer. In such cases, packages will be delivered to the nearest major city, and customers will need to arrange pickup from that location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically updated within 48 hours.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact support@keenergypower.com.

Portable power stations and solar panels cannot be shipped together. If ordered together, they will arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information provided is correct. Keenergy Power is not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, damage, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

To prevent credit card fraud, we may need to confirm your personal information for large orders. Please make sure your email address is reachable.

We do not accept requests to change the delivery address after the package has been dispatched.

Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged order, please contact support@keenergypower.com within 7 business days.

Keenergy Power takes full responsibility for orders during shipping. In case of lost, damaged, or delayed packages caused by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Please note:

  • If a package cannot be delivered due to the customer providing an incorrect address, absence at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

  • Customized products cannot be returned. If re-delivery is required, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
