Keenergy Power (hereinafter referred to as "our company") is the official online store of Keenergy Power, specializing in portable power supplies, solar panels, and related accessories (hereinafter referred to as "Keenergy Power Products"). During the warranty period described below, the Company provides warranty service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the Company. This warranty represents Keenergy Power's full and exclusive warranty obligations.
Keenergy Power warrants that, under normal use and service, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period. If a defect arises during this period, Keenergy Power will provide repair or replacement service according to the warranty terms.
For portable power station products, the warranty period is 5 years.
For solar panels and accessories (e.g., cables, chargers), the warranty period is 12 months.
No warranty for gift products. Warranty period may vary by country subject to local laws and regulations.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.
Warranty applies to purchases made on the Keenergy Power website (keenergypower.com).
Only the original buyer is eligible for warranty coverage.
Proof of purchase must be presented for any warranty claim.
Please contact Keenergy Power via email at support@keenergypower.com before returning any product. Approved warranty returns should be sent within 7 days of claim approval.

If a product exhibits material and/or workmanship defects within the warranty period, Keenergy Power shall provide repair services or replace the damaged parts.
Within one year, Keenergy Power covers repair or replacement parts and labor costs associated with product disassembly and installation free of charge. After one year, labor costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to Keenergy Power for warranty service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and proper packaging to avoid loss or damage during transport. Keenergy Power will cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Repair is prioritized; free replacement is generally not supported. If a product is irreparable within the warranty period, a replacement may be provided. Replacement is free if used for less than one year. If used for more than one year, replacement cost is calculated as:
Replacement Cost = Original Price × (1 – Remaining Warranty Period / Total Warranty Period)
Keenergy Power's warranty does not apply to:
Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or acts of nature (e.g., lightning, tornadoes).
Defects caused by unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly.
Use outside normal consumer use approved in the product manual.
Use with unauthorized third-party components.
Attempted repair by non-certified personnel.
Exposure to extreme heat, cold, liquids, or other external factors.
Lost, stolen, free, or refunded products.
Expired warranty period or missing/invalid proof of purchase.
Normal wear and tear over time.

Provide valid proof of purchase, including purchase channel, order number, shipping tracking number, and invoice or confirmation email.
Provide the defective item’s serial number and/or a short video showing the defect.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if:
Returning products without proven defect
Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
Returns made outside the approved warranty process
Keenergy Power may provide a repaired product, a replacement product with equivalent specifications, or a refurbished product of equal value. Delivery of replacement will generally occur within 7 business days after the defective item is received at Keenergy Power warehouse (subject to force majeure).
